Ar. Prasad Mullerpatan

Prasad Mullerpatan was Ordained to “ Learn ARCHITECTURE”. He completed BArch at University of Mumbai from Sir JJ College of Architecture. He interned / worked at SH Godbole & Associates; Master & Associates; Premnath Architects Pvt Ltd. Thereafter in 1985-86 was at Gherzi Hongkong Ltd : Muscat : Oman a Division of Gherzi Eastern India Ltd.( Wadia Group) as a Junior Architect. Returned to join as an associate with Architect Hafeez Contractor from1987 to 2019. The journey of true learning started and he was Grilled & Trained in The Tenets of Design & Planning. Inspiration and Hard work were instilled into him and he had the opportunity of designing and executing a variety of projects from Housing, Commercial Complexes, Malls, Hotels, High Rises, Gaited Communities, etc. as a Senior Associate Architect at AHC. Some of the key projects completed for a number of Developers in Mumbai , Kolkata, Nagpur , Raipur & Pune. Projects to name a few: Lloyds Group-Highrise 32 Storey Towers at Wadala, Mumbai; Highrise Tower at Andheri for RNA builders; Empress Mall Complex 25 lac Sqft Mixed Use Development at Nagpur; Birla Aurora “Office Tower” at Worli: Mumbai for the B K BIRLA group of Companies( LEED PLATINUM CERTIFIED); Magneto Mall 10 lac sqft + Integrated Business Hotel for Hyatt Group, Raipur; Chhattisgarh. He has 5 years teaching experience at various Institutes in Mumbai.
